Full Job Description

  • Managing all aspects of Health & Safety relevant to the business, actively promoting a safe working environment ensuring company compliance to HSE standards
  • Establishing and maintaining Risk management and reporting
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to improve overall Health and Safety performance across the site
  • All aspects of front of house/reception services e.g. sourcing services for vending supplies, postage, security, card entry system
  • Manage the negotiation of maintenance contracts and keep accurate records, which will include renewal dates, terms and conditions etc. Contract monitoring to ensuring valid contracts are in place.

    Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management and/or EH&S roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent and solution orientated working style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, compliance and transparency ensuring adherence to rules and regulations
    • Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to travel within the UK
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
