Full Job Description

As the EHS Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS programs to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence and lead safety culture across diverse locations while mentoring and guiding a team to support their professional growth.,

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the EMEA region.
  • Act as a key advisor, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ensuring that all EHS matters comply with legal requirements and reporting procedures.
  • Oversee and maintain risk assessments across all operations and facilities, ensuring robust incident investigations and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement a thorough Health and Safety training plan, including induction programs for all new employees within the region.
  • Manage PPE, COSHH, and industrial hygiene monitoring to ensure the well-being of all employees.
  • Lead the Employee Safety Representatives / EHS Committee, driving the adoption of best EHS practices across the business.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections, GEMBAs, and safety and environmental audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and oversee emergency response planning, including fire safety, first aid, chemical incident management, and business continuity.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing accident rates and increasing employee engagement in safety practices.

    Who you are: You have energy and drive in abundance, a passion for serving our customers, and possess a growth mindset and love of continuous learning, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and helping others win., NEBOSH Diploma or similar safety accreditation/qualification.
  • IEMA or equivalent environmental accreditation/qualification.
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of EHS legislation and best practices within the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the EMEA region as required.
