Full Job Description

The role will also involve inspiring and motivating community support for the Council's waste strategy, particularly in relation to the upcoming implementation of domestic and commercial food waste recycling.

You will need to be a reliable and enthusiastic person. You will need to be approachable, tactful, dynamic and very motivational. You should have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills so as to be able to influence others.

Flexible and frequent evening and weekend working is essential to this post. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence. The position is subject to a full Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.

Fenland District Council is seeking someone to lead high profile and very successful community engagement projects.
