We are recruiting a new team to work on our exciting new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme.

Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is bringing in a new Electronic Patient Record. This is major transformation programme that will affect almost all Trust employees, supporting them to provide better quality care for our patients and families.

We are currently recruiting for EPR Business Change Manager (B7)for Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital.

The EPR will be a big change for all our patient-facing teams, so we are looking for people with the energy, passion and resilience to manage the complexities and high risks involved to help us deliver this critical programme of work., CT and Digital Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the organisation to deliver efficient, high-quality care. With a view to clinical and operational priorities, the post holder must work with staff across the Trustto develop and implement an electronic patient record that supports improvements in the delivery of care

The post holder will have a central role in supporting the implementation and delivery of the Trust's electronic patient record.

As a senior member of the team the post holder will be responsible for leading the extensive culture and business change agenda associated with implementing and developing full electronic health records.

Thepost holder will be experienced working with, and understanding the needs of clinical staff to ensure clinical engagement is at the heart of all the EPR programme does. They will lead communications and engagementactivities as well as providing expert advice on areas across the team.

The post holder will have management responsibilities for the Programme's training and business changes

teams. They will be responsible for developing the training team to ensure it is focussed on systems and processes, as well as ensuring that professional training is consistently delivered to a high quality across the Trust.
