Full Job Description

What is PAS other? PAS other is a workstream to oversee the often overlooked but essential elements of administration that support our trusts, Including Medical records, Clinical Coding and Correspondence. We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the central team working on these elements. Having experience in one or more of these areas, you will have the drive and understanding to see how essential it will be for the success of the programme to implement these areas well.

It will be a complicated workstream with various Subject Matter Expert support on each of the sites to support the transformation and change activities.

We are looking for a team of people with either AHA - specific organisational knowledge and experience, or people with previous experience of implementing an EPR. Most important is your enthusiasm for digital, and you will receive the technical training required to be successful in your role. A team with a balance of EPR implementation experience and AHA(GWH, SFT and RUH) knowledge is the key to the programme's success.

We welcome applications from those who would like to join the programme team full time as well as those who would like to combine a fractional role in the team with work in their existing area. All internal staff interested in applying should gain agreement from their line manager first. Roles are available across AHA (GWH, SFT and RUH). Successful applicant (GWH, SFT and RUH will be able to remain within their home trust.

At the RUH we put people at the heart of what we do, working together as one team to make a difference for our patients, each other, and our community. No matter what your role is, we value everyone's contribution in supporting the exceptional, person-centred care we pride ourselves on.

We are proud to be in the top 20 best hospitals to work for in the country.

We are committed to creating a compassionate and inclusive environment. This can be seen in our growing community of staff networks - celebrating successes and creating opportunities to listen and learn. We value our differences, champion kindness and civility, and truly believe that diversity makes us stronger.

A culture of learning, developing and innovating is the thread that runs throughout our whole organisation. We want to support you to thrive, taking your career to its full potential.

We value staff wellbeing, with a well-established programme of support. We believe in a holistic approach spanning all aspects of living a healthy life, including physical, emotional, spiritual and financial wellbeing. We've even got a pool!
