As a manager for the Cadence and Springboard applications within the trust's EPR system : Epic, you will be responsible for the line management of configuration analysts, oversight of build, management of optimisations through change requests as well as preparing and leading your team towards and through the upcoming expansion of our EPR to other Devon trusts. More detail about the role We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills to join our team leading the Cadence and Springboard Epic applications. An EPR Configuration Manager will be expected to be able to advise on technical aspects of configuration within the designated application(s) as well as manage a team of analysts to ensure configuration is high quality, delivered to deadlines and sympathetic to the needs of the trust. Experience with Cadence or Springboard is strongly desired although Epic training can be provided. This role can be based at Barnstaple or Exeter and will be discussed at interview.
