This role is for an EPR Programme Support Officer within the EPR Programme Team.

The EPR Programme Support Officer is an active member of the EPR Programme Team whose role is to provide support across the various workstreams including clinical and administration.

It is the responsibility of the post-holder to use their skills, experience and subject matter expertise to support the delivery of projects against stated benefits.

We would welcome an individual that is enthusiastic and self-motivated, who enjoys working in a fast paced and challenging environment. It is essential that you are a team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This post is full time Monday - Friday however happy to discuss a more flexible approach., Assist programme /project manager in initiation of new projects.

Undertake surveys, process map procedures and processes and take part in information gathering related to projects using a variety of software.

Manage (and in some instances create) an effective filing system for the documentation created across the programme. From time to time audit and rationalise the documentation systems.

Develop administrative processes required as part of projects.

Maintain project databases and library ensuring that the team adhere strictly to the version control systems developed/in place.

Contribute to the production of a communication plan and delivery of communication about a project or programme across the organisation and wider system. Ensure the stakeholder map is maintained.

Maintain a good working knowledge of the projects within the programme and team.
