Full Job Description

Step into the heart of healthcare innovation as a Clinical Systems Support Specialist! In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of the Clinical Systems Team, working closely with the EPR Workflow Lead to ensure seamless operation and support of our cutting-edge clinical systems.,

  • Management and creation of EPR accounts and related applications

  • Management of appropriate Data Collection Workbook(s) (DCW)

  • Providing a support service to users of systems

  • Providing timely and accurate access to systems

  • General system administration duties

  • Provide basic management cover for other ICT systems

  • Supporting 24/7 service
