Full Job Description

We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney, The role of the Project Manager is to provide the governance, structure, process, and critical challenge for the workstream deliverables and to report on progress including key issues and risks to enable key decisions and actions to be taken in a timely manner. The post holder will have significant experience in programme and project management and have specialist knowledge in transformation and adoption of large[1]scale digital systems (preferable EPRs), with proven experience of working in healthcare environments. The post holder will need to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with other staff members characterised by trust, mutual respect, and open, honest communication.
