Full Job Description

The role of EPRR Support Coordinator is a key role in the link between the managers and the staff to ensure a safe and effective service is delivered whilst ensuring compliance with the EPRR Core and Interoperable Capability Standards.
To work with minimal supervision on a daily basis to provide logistical management and administration support to the EPRR Manager and EPRR Team and wider EPRR Department with a good understanding of other coordinator functions.
Ensure Trust policies and operational practices are implemented to provide effective support for EPRR and the operational capability.
Support the completion of service and project records as necessary.
Maintain an oversight of critical vehicles and equipment ready to deploy at no notice to a wide range of significant, complex and major incidents., + Supply logistical and administrative support to the relevant managers as detailed above.
+ Act as first point of contact to EPRR in relation to queries regarding the deployment of assets, maintaining an effective and professional manner, by responding personally or referring queries on to relevant manager.
+ Provide support with writing letters, emails, production of documents and reports.
+ Attend meetings to provide verbal and written assurance on the resilience within the Trust to deploy assets when required.
+ Resolve routine enquires, take messages and pursue follow up action when required.
+ Request relevant information for organised exercises. This can involve contact with people within the local police and fire services. This will include the production of relevant documentation to support the exercise.
+ Station filing whether physical or electronic consisting of vehicle audit reports, delivery notes and other documents.

+ Request quotes from suppliers, occasional negotiation of costs where appropriate.
+ Raise purchase requisitions on the procurement system and ensure that orders are placed with suppliers.
+ Maintain stationery and replenish when required through office team stationery suppliers.
+ Order trust uniform using the appropriate system.
+ Once goods are received, ensure the goods are receipted on the procurement system and that the goods are suitably stored or allocated.
