Equestrian Centre Manager

The Opportunity

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the equestrian centre, ensuring the highest standards of care for our horses. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of staff and students, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment while maintaining exemplary health and safety standards. Additionally, you will develop and organise an exciting competition plan throughout the year, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders who utilise our facilities. You'll have a minimum of two years' experience running a large equestrian centre and a strong understanding of the equine industry. You'll also possess strong leadership and communication skills and a level 4 professional subject qualification.

Salary of £29,851.00 per annum
34 days holiday (inclusive of 8 bank holidays and 6 closure days where these occur)
