A London-based hedge fund is looking for a skilled Equity Analyst with expertise in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in market neutral strategies or sell-side research, with a strong focus on real estate stocks., Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA is advantageous. - Experience as an Equity Analyst, with a specialization in real estate, from either a market neutral hedge fund or sell-side research.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis.
