Develop and execute comprehensive cutover plans to facilitate smooth transitions from Legacy systems to new solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of all cutover activities.
Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption throughout the transition phase.
Track, monitor, and report progress, promptly addressing any issues that arise during the cutover.
Lead and conduct post-cutover assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the transition.
Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on the cutover processes.
Stay informed about emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.

A minimum of 8 years of experience managing cutovers for large-scale, global projects.
Proven expertise in project management, with a strong record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Extensive experience as a Cutover Manager in ERP implementation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
