- Develop and Customize Dynamics 365 Solutions: Design and implement custom applications and extensions within Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Leverage ERP Platform: Utilize the full capabilities of the ERP platform to enhance business processes and operations.
- Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Extend Appropriate Dynamics Modules and Technical Components: Enhance and extend Dynamics 365 modules and technical components to meet specific business needs such as.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Implement and support WMS functionalities within Dynamics 365, optimizing warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Finance Module Development: Customize and extend the Finance module to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Human Resources Module Development: Develop and maintain HR functionalities, including employee data management, payroll integration, and performance tracking.
- Manage Dependencies: Identify and manage dependencies between various Dynamics 365 modules ,Azure apps ,power apps and other systems.
- Configure Alerting and Monitoring: Set up and configure appropriate alerting and monitoring mechanisms to ensure system health and performance.
- Execute on Technical Change Integration: Plan and execute technical changes and integrations.
- Execute on Technical: Contribute to definitions on testing, test approach and regression
- Infrastructure Support : Manage D365 F&O, Azure , power Apps ,update security components ,Monitor ERP and other D365 app security .Support platform update and testing .
Experience: 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization,X++, configuration, and development. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure, and integration tools.
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Integration Experience: Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems, using APIs, Logic Apps and data integration tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar certifications would be advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail and/or logistics industry-specific requirements would be advantageous.
