Full Job Description

Burberry is seeking an ESG Coordinator to be part of an ESG centre of expertise, working to improve process and system adherence, with a strong focus on traceability data adherence, quality, and accountability within the relevant product teams.,

  • Design and manage ESG programmes/projects, coordinating with key business stakeholders and tracking performance metrics.

  • Support day-to-day management of ESG projects, including leading meetings, capturing minutes, and updating project management tools.

  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and support business function training on ESG compliance.

  • Assist in ensuring supply chain compliance with ESG regulations through preliminary audits and documentation preparation.

  • Identify and report ESG-related risks, and help implement crisis management protocols, using Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear and confident written and oral communication.

  • Stay updated on ESG legislation, research best practices, and support their integration into supply chain operations.

  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to ESG standards and enhancing operational effectiveness.

    Strong data management and analytical skills including data visualisation.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Confident in communicating with a variety of Stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and product lifecycle.

  • Experience in sustainable practices/ESG advantageous.

  • Knowledge of environmental regulation related to the industry.
