Full Job Description

Sulzer is a renowned leader in fluid engineering, with over a century of excellence in pumps, agitators, compressors, and critical rotating equipment across various industries. Due to our continued success and expansion, we are seeking an organised and proactive ESH Administrator to join our Leeds team on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week, providing crucial support to our Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) team. Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement administration, including vendor set-up, purchase orders, and invoice queries.
  • Organise the Occupational Health Programme and support closure of DSE issues.
  • Coordinate ESH-sourced training activities and maintain training records.
  • Administer the Health & Safety e-learning programme, managing starters and leavers.
  • Procure and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock.

    Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
