Review and evaluate cost estimates
Create water-tight specification to correlate with quotations
Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
Ensure timely completion of estimates
Understand scope of work to bid
Manage bid pricing from all vendors
Prepare cost analysis
Create estimates based off both Site Survey and Tender (ITT) Documentation, considering any additional works, i.e. hindrances, access issues that may affect costs during the project, Ability to purchase additional annual leave

We are looking for an Estimator, this is to join our existing team of Active/Passive Estimators. As an Estimator you will complete cost estimations, providing detailed estimates for potential projects. The Estimator will request quotes from suppliers and contractors to review and compare.
