ESOL Curriculum Lead

Lambeth College is looking for a full-time ESOL Curriculum Lead to join the ESOL Curriculum Head in overseeing the ESOL Adult provision at our Brixton Centre. You will work with the Curriculum Head to ensure the highest standard of provision for all ESOL Adult students. The role will be predominantly operational; however, it will also involve opportunities for involvement in innovation activities and strategic planning. You will line manage teachers, organise and co-ordinate a range of programmes across the department by working with the Curriculum Head to deliver the provision in line with college strategic priorities and ensure an excellent student experience is provided.

Experience of managing ESOL programmes in an educational setting and line management of staff.

• Educated to degree level, holds QTS
• Candidate will hold a recognised teaching qualification (Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or equivalent);
• English and Maths - must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2
• A demonstrable track record of effective teaching and delivering in the ESOL subject specialism.
