Full Job Description

We are expanding the PeopleInformation Systems team to provide a service for the whole of the NCA. We manage the Electronic Records Systems (ESR) which holds HR, training and payroll information for all the staff employed across the Trust., You will deputise for and assist the Workforce Information Manager in the maintenance of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system andwill provide technical data inputting support to the team and supervise inputting for the People information assistants., 1. To assist the People Information Manager in the maintenance of ESR

2. To liaise with other departments within the organisation such as Payroll, Recruitment and Directorate Managers in order to ensure that the data held is up-to-date and accurate.

3. Ensuring the day-to-day co-ordination of all work processes by junior staff are completed, and includes a significant role with induction training, and dealing with complex queries.

4. Plan, manage collate and input information to Electronic Staff Record (ESR) in a prompt and accurate manner.

5. Plan and organise own work schedule in accordance with agreed timetables, ensuring weekly, monthly deadlines are met in an accurate manner.

We are looking for a new team member with well-developed IT, ESR and data inputting skills. Previous experience in an ESR based role will be essential.
