Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the ESR Workforce team and support the delivery of an effective, high quality service., As part of the Workforce Information team you will be responsible for verifying, entering and maintaining workforce data in the ESR system and processing amendments to contracts accurately to ensure salaries can processed by payroll on time. You will regularly monitor employment requirements and liaise with managers and staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

The incumbent should have an eye for detail and in depth knowledge of Agenda for change pay structure and the ESR system alongside excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be liaising with Trust staff at all levels on a daily basis., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability
3. Improving the experience of staff with disability
4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development
5. Making equalities mainstream

The successful candidate will also have excellent organisation skills, good keyboard/data entry skills, working knowledge of computer systems and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Confidentiality is essential, as you will be dealing with highly sensitive information.
