Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed ESR & Workforce Intelligence Assistant to join the ESR & Workforce Intelligence team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. Reporting to the Deputy ESR & Workforce Intelligence Manager you will assist with the delivery of systems support in the provision of the NHS Electronic Staff Records System (ESR). You will be proactive, inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail, and be an effective team player, and have the ability to manage a busy workload whilst building strong working relationships with all our clients. Main duties of the job is to act as the first point of contact for queries about ESR Self-Service. To provide an efficient and professional administrative service to the ESR Team, support the ESR office in maintaining the accuracy of the ESR system by inputting and updating information as appropriate., Act as the first point of contact for queries about ESR Self-Service.

To provide general support to users of ESR.

To scrutinise and manipulate data in order to produce routine information.

To support the Establishment Control Process, including liaising with Managers, Finance and Resourcing to ensure the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) establishment is maintained and is in line with financial and workforce planning.
