Proven experience in a similar role within the estate agency industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

- In-depth knowledge of the local property market, property values, and industry regulations.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other estate agency management tools.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Valid Driving License
