Full Job Description

  • Travelling across a geographical patch covering the southeast of England, focusing on the Kent and Sussex area, you will be developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our clients' teams, conducting visits to all partner agent branches as and when required. This will range from 60 -80 branches
  • You will deliver external training and coaching sessions with branch managers and teams to maximise the level of auction activity, always identifying opportunities for growth and developing partner plans to deliver the revenue opportunity.
  • You will promote the Auction Boost facility with a view to highlighting suitable properties to develop lead levels, together with educating teams on how to identify opportunities
  • You will regularly collate and present detailed Management Information to key stakeholders within our client's group
  • You will manage your own diary efficiently and effectively to enable you to provide the service levels and to achieve a minimum number of pre-agreed appointments.

    Previous experience within the property industry is essential, preferably within a Sales Manager/Branch Manager/Area Manager role
  • A proven record of accomplishment of hitting targets and delivering results
  • The ability to motivate and coach estate agents to successfully offer our services to their clients to secure more business
  • Excellent, engaging presentation skills and comfortable speaking to both large and small audiences, in all training mediums.
  • You will have a persuasive and inspiring manner with the confidence to deal with a variety of stakeholders within a business to develop trust and product confidence
  • The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel extensively throughout the UK and stay away from home overnight as and when required.
