Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in West London. You will be responsible for carrying out daily estate duties, providing a clean environment and garden maintenance.

You will represent SBHG on site liaise effectively with colleagues, residents, external clients and agencies to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to both our residents and leaseholders. You will operate within the core values of integrity and honesty. You will be supplied with uniform, PPE, cleaning supplies/equipment and a company vehicle in order to travel to and from estates., What we can offer you

We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will be an experienced Estate Assistant with proven professional experience of delivering grounds maintenance, across a variety of sites and garden types.

You will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile and be able to demonstrate the below essential skills and experience:

Proven experience of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to carry out physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines.
Ability to work effectively within a team and without high levels of supervision.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE.
Great attention to detail and able to work in a pressurised environment.
An understanding of how to use mobile working devices
Proven computer literacy and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Good communication skills.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential, Disability Confident
