Estate Coordinator

A unique opportunity has arisen to support the Estate Manager at Restore Hope, a Christian Charity that works with local families in need, on our stunning 360-acre estate based in Latimer. Whilst you'll spend most of your time out on the estate working with the land or our animals you will also spend some time office based. You will lead groups of volunteers and young people whilst sharing your love of the land with them. The position is full-time and involves some evenings and weekends.

You will help maintain and develop our estate, take an active role in animal care, assist with setting up for family events, prepare for and lead school or volunteer groups, liaise with contractors, commercial and residential tenants. Experience of working on a country estate or a farm and driving larger vehicles (including tractors, agricultural machinery, vans and minibuses) is essential.
