Full Job Description

You will lead the development of site infrastructure investment and renewal business cases and will be responsible for the generation of business cases to secure capital funding, providing, and understanding the capability they are sponsoring. You will be responsible for supporting Estate Leads to develop investment and renewals programme and supporting plans as well as providing business case, problem statements, requirements, options, and investments appraisal artefacts and support the development of the Site Optimisation Strategy Plan.

  • A Degree in Engineering/Science/business/commercial would be desired but is not essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
  • Experience of business management & business planning cycle
  • Proven track record managing plans in complex investment environment
  • Proactive with the ability and confidence to use own initiative.
  • You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.

    Package: Up to 85k (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience),
