Full Job Description
Do you have a strong work ethic, take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and want to work in a variety of different environments? Our estate cleaning team work across a variety of areas including tenanted offices, operational space and marinas. You will work both inside and outdoors, often enjoying spectacular sunrises across the Port. As a high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to plan your work and be involved in occasional maintenance tasks to support the Property team.,
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the Port
- Report on Health & Safety, security, and property maintenance observations when out on the estate.
- Perform checks on alarms, extinguishers, meters when requested by Property Team
- Occasional minor maintenance tasks in support of the Property Team
Cleaning experience required. - Awareness of COSHH (Control of Substances
- Hazardous to Health).
- Driving licence.
- Positive and friendly attitude when working with tenants and stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
Shoreham Port - Hours: Monday-Friday, 0300-1200 with a one-hour lunch break (40 hours/week)
- Salary: £25,116 per annum
- Work locations: Port-wide (BN41-BN43)
