Full Job Description

This role is to provide an efficient and effective administration function to support in delivering a high-quality service in respect of car parking and supporting with non-clinical contracts.
This includes:
Manage and co-ordinate the administrative support services for Travel Plan function, ensuring all systems and processes operate efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner through a process of continuous improvement.
Support the Contracts Administrator to seek alternative quotes when renewing contracts, with the effort to identify cost saving initiatives and a comparative analysis of service level agreements of contractors.
Work with other team colleagues in routine and ad hoc performance monitoring in respect of car parking and contracts.
Maintain effective working relationships in a fast changing environment with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure work is completed with agreed timescales.
See attached Job Description and Person Spec for further details., To develop and maintain up to date car parking database to run and monitor reports from the system.
Provide and receive complex or sensitive information and share across teams and stakeholders as appropriate.
Acting as a first point of contact for the department, dealing and responding effectively with complex enquiries from stakeholders in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information and referring to other team members as appropriate, sensitively and autonomously.
Accurate and timely inputting onto department database, maintaining data storage and archiving of data as required and in accordance with procedures.
To handle complaints in accordance with standard operational policy, de-escalating and resolving where possible and escalating to the appropriate person as required.
Provide effective communication and problem solving both face to face and via telephone.
Be sympathetic and sensitive to the requirements of staff, service users when communicating by telephone or face to face, including dealing with a difficult situation.
Attend departmental meetings on a regular basis.
Contribute to building effective teamwork in exchanging views, ideas and communicating effectively.
To assist with the collection and provision of statistical data as required and the ability to extract, manipulate, analyse complex data sets and communicate them in an easy-to-understand manner.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Estates Administrator to join the Estates & Facilities team at Wexham Park Hospital. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must. Applicants should enjoy working in fast paced environment and you will need to be organised, enthusiastic and dedicated with excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
The position will offer the opportunity to work in the Travel Plan Office and to support the contracts team. The role is ideally suited to candidates with strong administrative experience, and you will need to be an excellent communicator as the role includes contact with all levels of staff and external suppliers and contractors.
