Full Job Description

The Royal Bournemouth Hospital Estates Department provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the Trust., To understand the role in more detail please read the full job description and person specification documents which are attached to this advert.

We are looking for a building maintenance carpenter to join our building team with general carpentry experience including the maintenance of fire doors. You should have served a recognised carpentry apprenticeship and gained a wide experience in general buildings or NHS properties with a BTEC HNC level or City and Guilds plus relevant post apprenticeship training or equivalent experience.

You must hold a current UK (manual) driving licence.

The role is Monday - Friday with opportunities for overtime and weekend working.
