Full Job Description

Here at The Castle School Education Trust (CSET) we are on a journey to making each of our schools a great school. This newly created role will be responsible for ensuring that our schools are supported with all aspects of estates and facilities compliance. This is a critical role for the Trust and you will play a key role in the safety and security of our students and staff., Reporting to our Director of Facilities, you will be providing support to the Trust, this will include:

Leading on the development and implementation of a new compliance system

Conduct site inspections

Collate and analyse compliance data so as to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders

Liaise with site teams and external stakeholders

To ensure accurate and robust compliance to support the Trust's Estates strategy.

To manage the Trust's compliance system through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

To develop systems and processes to optimise the effectiveness of the compliance agenda

It is essential that you can prioritise your workload and identify where the focus needs to be in regards to possible levels of risk. You will be personable and confident with having necessary conversations with your colleagues and stakeholders when it comes to the importance of compliance. A good head for data will be essential which will go with a high level of proficiency in your IT skills, as you will be able to produce and analyse reports.
