Join us as an Estates Maintenance Operative! Looking for a hands-on job that lets you work outdoors? We have the perfect opportunity for you! As an Estates Maintenance Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe & well-kept outdoor spaces., Perform grounds maintenance, including weeding, pruning, digging, hedge cutting, mowing, sweeping, and litter picking.

  • Control weeds, moss, and algae by spraying as needed.
  • Remove climbing plants from roofs and walls.
  • Clear ditches to maintain water flow.
  • Clear snow and apply salt to footpaths as required.
  • Keep an accurate daily log of completed jobs and spraying activities.
  • Assist with tree work, subject to qualifications and needs.
  • Report fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, and collect rubbish when requested.
  • Identify landscaping issues and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain and store equipment securely in good condition.
  • Ensure maintenance and servicing of the ground's vehicles, reporting issues promptly.
  • Use company-provided devices responsibly and keep them charged for business or emergency use.
  • Safely store and handle fuel and chemicals according to regulations.

    Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, and grass cutting for communal and domestic gardens.
  • Skilled in operating and maintaining equipment like lawn mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters.
  • Ability to work safely and independently, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Capable of following instructions and procedures efficiently.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant health and safety regulations., We do not provide visa sponsorship. You must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in the UK for the duration of your employment and provide Right to Work evidence. A full driving license is essential for this role.
