Applications are invited for the post of Estates Maintenance Contracts Supervisor in the Estates Department.
This post is a key position within the maintenance team, with supervision of external maintenance service contractors, the contractors provide both PPM and regular servicing tasks as well as remedial maintenance following service visits across campus. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration of various core contracts including master planning PPM schedules involving liaison with key stakeholders. The post holder will also monitor and report on the service KPI's and SLA's which are in place and will complete various administrative tasks such as verifying and approving applications for payment, etc.
You will have experience of the proactive management of multiple complex contracts including running regular communication meetings, analysing performance statistics and producing monthly reports on contract performance for the Estates senior team. You will have a strong focus on financial accuracy, attention to detail and quality of service delivered and be able to demonstrate how you deal with challenges in these areas. Working in collaboration with the in-house labour team you will help the estates team deliver a professional customer focused service for the benefit of the whole University.
