Estates Manager

We are recruiting an Estates Manager to oversee and provide strategic oversight to our Estates function. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence., The Modality LLP Estates Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and providing strategic oversight to an estates function that supports future growth and enables the organisational objectives to be met in a safe, cost effective, efficient manner, in compliance with legislation and good practice.

The Estate Manager also focuses on project management of new estates projects alongside the Executive Partner and other teams/departments, which can include new site launches, site closures and improving sites where utilisation requires improvement.,

• Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services


• Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers


• A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals


• Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year


• Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
