Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a strong team player to support and compliment the existing Estates Team. Working as an integral part of the team and supporting the Estates Compliance Support Officer, the enthusiastic and self motivated individual will provide high level quality and effective support primarily in but not limited to the undertaking of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for all electrical equipment, the population and maintenance of the organisational asset register and collation and recording of all utilities activity and usage., To provide administrative and technical support to the Estate Compliance Support Officer and Estate and SecurityManager within the Business and Contracting Team while providing support primarily to but not limited to theundertaking of Portable Appliance Testing for all electrical equipment, the population and maintenance of theorganisational asset register and collation and recording of all utilities activity and usage.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills and a flexible pro-active approach to be able to manage a varied workload. The ability to commute within the organisation's geographical area with access to appropriate means of transfer is essential.
