Full Job Description
- General estate management matters within Stonegate's property portfolio.
- Leased-in estate management (Landlord & Tenant) including cost control (rent, service charge, insurance).
- Support the Business Rates process and Preferred Supplier arrangements.
- Manage property databases efficiently.
- Handle dispute and complaints management.
- Oversee ACV (Assets of Community Value) management.
- Provide regular reports on all estate management activities.
- Collaborate with internal disciplines and a network of external professional contacts, agents, and solicitors.
- Support the disposal of Group property assets, ensuring optimal sale prices and minimizing holding costs.
- Identify opportunities for extracting exceptional value from alternative use and development (HAUV) opportunities.

If you are MRICS qualified and have a proven track record in estate management, we want to hear from you!, MRICS qualified (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). - Proven experience in estate management with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant relationships.
- Proficiency in property database management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the North of England and occasionally to Solihull.
- Valid driver's license.
