Full Job Description

  • General estate management matters within Stonegate's property portfolio.

  • Leased-in estate management (Landlord & Tenant) including cost control (rent, service charge, insurance).

  • Support the Business Rates process and Preferred Supplier arrangements.

  • Manage property databases efficiently.

  • Handle dispute and complaints management.

  • Oversee ACV (Assets of Community Value) management.

  • Provide regular reports on all estate management activities.

  • Collaborate with internal disciplines and a network of external professional contacts, agents, and solicitors.

  • Support the disposal of Group property assets, ensuring optimal sale prices and minimizing holding costs.

  • Identify opportunities for extracting exceptional value from alternative use and development (HAUV) opportunities.

  • Proven experience in estate management with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

  • Strong understanding of landlord and tenant relationships.

  • Proficiency in property database management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel throughout the North of England and occasionally to Solihull.

  • Valid driver's license.
