Full Job Description

Provide key commercial support to the incumbent commercial staff within the Aldershot branch and the wider Ipsum Power Private division.

Your New Job

Principal Accountabilities:

Preparation of tenders up to 11KV voltage
Provide quotations and tenders for new works and turn key projects.
Key account management for new and existing customers including, top level review with clients and managing the flow of enquires
Developing and maintaining supplier relations
Following up with quotations and providing feedback to the tendering and sales team for unsuccessful quotations
Attending site surveys or tender reviews as and when necessary
Establishing key aspects associated with client requirements, liaising with internal departments and submitting final overview of project ability to the client

HNC in engineering related discipline or working towards (desirable), Experience in a Customer facing role.
Experience of Customer Relationship management
Experience of supplier relationship management
Experience in managing and prioritising varying workloads

Skills & Personal Qualities:

Previous notable experience of tender documentation preparation and review
Be a technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages.
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Diligent and highly organised
