Full Job Description

As an E-Commerce Experience Assistant, you are responsible for planning, briefing and coordinating content updates for COS E-commerce websites to achieve a relevant customer journeys, optimise user experience and maximise sales; adhering to COS guidelines for quality at all times.

  • Collaborate with the regional E-commerce team to establish customer journeys that drive profitable E-commerce selling towards the set targets and merchandise goals .
  • Continually sync with the digital marketing channel representatives to secure customer journey relevance from customer-facing channels to site .
  • Support the E-commerce Digital Experience team by delivering briefs that consider customer shopping behavior, stock newness and seasonal trends .
  • Coordinate with Global Digital Experience and Digital Content Teams to secure timely delivery of landing page wireframes, assets, copy and translations.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandisers to track and follow up on seasonal income, secure that products are presented at the right time in the right context with clear material to maximise selling .
  • Provide weekly trading insights on global campaigns and key activations.
  • Responsible for actioning localisation opportunities in Fredhopper and forward planning activity against market insights and trends

  • Experience working with Fredhopper (preferred)
  • Experience working in an E-commerce trading role
  • Sales driven and results orientated
  • Good understanding of E-commerce
  • Excellent communicator and the ability to build relationships with other key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
