Full Job Description
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, performance) and report regularly on project status
- Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- A working knowledge of 11kV power installation (District Network Operator (DNO) relationships and the experience in the process to apply for a connection)
- A leader in health and safety with a track record of resolving potential issues Desirable:
- Membership of an appropriate professional body
- Post graduate qualification in Electrical Engineering or management development Experience and knowledge Method of Assessment - D IEssential:
- At least 5 years experience in managing construction and facilities projects OR EV charging projects
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Self-starter, capable of working on initiative with a high level of integrity
- Applicants must have a valid driving licence and be willing and able to travel within the UK to the other sites when requiredDesirable:
- Experience and knowledge of deployment and delivery of projects under CDM regulations Client/Commissioner, Principal Designer or Principal Contractor.
- Experienced in delivering projects through framework contracts
- Site survey and estimating experience via schedule of rates for the EV installations
- Preparation of technical designs and tenders for current and new EV projects Specialist skills and abilities Method of Assessment - D IEssential:
- Ability to analysis and evaluate technical submissions for designs and tenders
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to both formulate and deliver EV charging point projectsDesirable:
- Project management skills, Good ICT skills with the ability to use software tools for reporting, analysis, and communication

- Manage both the internal and external supply chain throughout the project lifecycle
