Full Job Description
We are a Family run, CQC OUTSTANDING company based in Comeytrowe. Founded in 2013, we support individuals around the local community to maintain their independence in their home environment.

- A personalised Mentor Scheme- we will match you with an existing Care professional to complete your shadow visits for as long as you need until you feel comfortable to complete solo visits.
- Minimum of 1 hour Visits - we don't believe good care can be delivered in less time, Provide evening care assistance to Clients in a compassionate and respectful manner. - Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene. - Drive residents to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety and comfort. - Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and well-being. - Utilise strong communication skills to engage with Clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
- Excellent Pay from £12.50PH plus double pay on bank holidays.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
