Evening & Weekend Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Penn, Wolverhampton for a Evening & Weekend Manager at Texaco(SJVR LTD). The Evening & Weekend Manager will be responsible for overseeing evening 7 weekend operations, managing scheduling and staffing, ensuring a high level of customer service, creating and implementing business policies and procedures, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
Hours
37.5 hours a week including evening and weekends

• A minimum of 1 years of supervisor experience in a retail environment


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively


• Excellent customer service skills


• Experience in inventory management, ordering, and receiving of merchandise


• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and proper cleaning procedures


• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays


• A Level or above qualification is preferred
