Full Job Description
- Zero hour contract
- Cleaning experience required
- Hours available for home fixtures - schedule for the year can be found on Fulham FC website (can include weekdays and weekends) PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment, facilities management and more. Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
- Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.
- Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
- Customer service
- Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
- Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays. - Good attention to detail.
- Good verbal communication skills and customer service.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Polite and professional.
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible and reliable
- Experience required.
- Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
