Full Job Description
Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
Put together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally
Be a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
A warm, people-oriented demeanour

A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
The ability to think outside of the box and upsell to create memorable events
Planning, multi-tasking and time-management skills
Previous experience in a similar role would be a big advantage

With this role you will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days, predominately Monday - Friday day shifts although there may be the need to cover weekends or evenings for showrounds or to welcome your Clients for their event, after all you wouldn't miss out seeing the smile on their face after all of your planning.
