Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced event professional to join a highly reputable business that encourages career progression and offers excellent rates. You will be responsible for logistically managing a variety of events for EG, including awards ceremonies, conferences, and meetings both in the UK and overseas. You will work with events, sales, and marketing teams to produce world-class events that are targeted by revenue, strategic-growth, and lead generation.,

  • Develop and curate innovative event programs that align with the EG’s goals and target audience, with the support of the Editorial team and Head of Events.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and secure high-quality speakers, and performers.
  • Research industry trends to introduce new ideas and formats that enhance the attendee experience.
  • Produce individual event budgets and P&Ls. Communicate effectively with finance and Head of Events to ensure that all events are delivered within budget
  • Own and manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination, and on-site management.
  • Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as risk management protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager and team to develop and execute event marketing strategies that drive attendance and engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Work closely with sales team to deliver on partnership proposals. Lead on communication with partners to ensure efficient follow-up
  • Run events onsite and take full responsibility of operations.
  • Manage post-event debriefs.

    Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is an advantage
  • Experience in curating content for both B2B and B2C events conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event planning and execution are thoroughly managed.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and can remain calm under pressure
