Full Job Description

As an Event Manager in the CIB Event Marketing team, you will partner with business stakeholders to deliver key conferences and events across the EMEA region, supporting our Payments business. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client engagement and contributing to revenue growth.,

  • Organize client-facing business events from concept to completion
  • Act as the sole planner or collaborate with team members on larger events
  • Manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers
  • Instruct and manage internal and external vendors to maintain quality standards
  • Apply complex internal processes and controls to adhere to company policies
  • Execute quality output under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic priorities

    Relevant experience in event management or marketing in a global Financial/Professional Services environment
  • Strong analysis and project management skills
  • Experience in delivering 3rd party industry conferences
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and high integrity
  • Comfortable with technology and different systems
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience with strategic event planning
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region
  • Innovative and creative mindset
