ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Global Events team. This role is essential in driving successful marketing campaigns for legal events across the UK, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event marketing, exceptional organisational skills, knowledge of the legal industry is a plus. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our events globally, driving attendance, nominations for awards and enhancing our brand presence in the legal community.,

  • Develop and adhere to event marketing plans and timelines in an effort to reach attendee body and revenue goals.

  • Awards platforms builds and management.

  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, and SEO.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

  • Develop relationships with industry associations and media partners to maximise event exposure.

  • Coordinate website edits for assigned events.

  • Attend events throughout the year to assist in onsite execution, including working registration, crowd management, or other needs as outlined by the operations team.

  • Be responsible for accurate budget management for assigned events.

    2-3 years marketing experience, ideally in event marketing

  • Ambitious, proactive, and calm under pressure

  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and detail orientation

  • Self-starter, efficient independently and in a team

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong customer service record

  • Resourceful, creative problem solver

  • Adaptable to changing event demands

  • Able to travel to events as needed
