Full Job Description

· Responsible for the complete planning and execution of a wide range of events within the hotel including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. · Prepare sales-related materials during the planning phase such banquet event orders, personalised menus etc · Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and events spaces · Offer clients comprehensive insight of the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation · Work with the clients to contract additional services during the planning phase · Liases and works closely with the related operational departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met during the planning and delivery of the events · Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business

    Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located directly outside Blackfriars station, a few minutes away from Bank and is a short stroll from St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tate Modern and South Bank.
