Event Producer

We are looking for an Event Producer to join our dynamic team. You will support company objectives by actively managing and developing client business and staff (both permanent and freelance) to a high professional standard. An Event Producer will be expected to identify and build a project/production team to deliver projects, coordinating the planning process required to ensure the achievement of project objectives along with responsibility of the project budget.

The Production team is creative, innovative, quality and customer centered with a strong business focus. With very demanding targets and objectives it is essential that all members of the team are dedicated, flexible and self-motivating.,

• Lead the production delivery on virtual, hybrid and face to face events across multiple different industries within the UK and overseas


• Consult on best practice, agenda & session design and advise on best use of event technology


• Challenging the normal and finding creative concepts to bring events to life


• Work with suppliers to find the best solutions to exceed the clients' expectations


• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


• Work with the Creative Studio to produce engaging content and communications


• Exceptional project management skills including budget & time management


• Regularly contribute to new business enquiries and form part of pitch delivery teams and be able to take control of client stakeholder planning meetings to ensure accurate comprehension of requirements, We believe that a flexible working environment is key to getting the best out of our teams. • Production experience, preferably in an agency, broadcast, or media environment


• Experience of delivering live/hybrid and face to face events in the UK and overseas


• Collaborating with different stakeholders at varying levels of seniority


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite


• Willingness to travel when required


You might also have:

• Show calling and Stage Manager experience on varying levels of events


• Technical drawing capabilities in either AutoCAD or Vectorworks


• Experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud 3, This role offers hybrid working with 1 day a week spent in either our Derby or Milton Keynes office


• Our standard office working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break


• Have the desire and ability to travel in the UK and Overseas


• You must have a valid driving licence
