Event Specialist

BE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE Position: Event Specialists Location: Huntingdon Contract Type: Zero Hour Shift pattern: Flexibility is required for this role depending on event structure Role Purpose:

• To provide and facilitate automotive events for the purpose of representing Inside Track and it's customers. Events Specialists are responsible for the correct construction of equipment on stand, facilitating client needs, keeping stands and vehicle clean and presentable and being a front facing person to the public gathering leads and presenting vehicles to the public. A healthy knowledge of the automotive sector is required.
• The Event Specialists are responsible for transporting equipment from event to event. A clean driving record is required.
• This role requires you to be functional as an individual on stand but also being able to work as part of a wider team, be outgoing and confident in answering questions around products and proactive in gathering leads for client products.
Accountabilities:
• Ensure all events are delivered in line with the customer objectives
• To provide onsite event support to the event team, clients & Inside Track demo team
• To effectively follow outlined Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work to ensure you are operating safely.
• To work closely with Clients and Event Mangers to deliver following event briefs in a timely manner.
• To provide clear and timely communication
• To produce data capture and Event logs reports during and following events.
• Produce expense reports following events and submit in a timely manner
• To work within a team environment and support colleagues
