Meeting and greeting customers with smile and a 'hello' - Providing general directions and assistance with queries - Ticket checking, car park marshalling, and hospitality - Monitoring crowds - Reporting any security/safety concerns to your Supervisor - Dealing with customer complaints

Smartly presented, with a smile and an outgoing personality that will give customers confidence in your ability - Team spirit and diligence to support your colleagues in their duties - Attention to detail and an ability to recognise anything that is out of place - A strong command of the English language with good verbal and written communication abilities - Honesty and a can-do attitude to challenges - Flexible availability for shifts throughout the summer - Driving licence and your own transport to get to site is an advantage but not essential
